After seeing the multiple postings throughout the site of people not able to find a final copy of Nintendo Power magazine, I did some hunting locally.
I was able to find 6 copies available for fellow members.
If you can't find a copy locally, and don't want to spend the $25-$50 price on eBay and Amazon, let me know. I will sell these copies for $12 shipped, and shipped in a Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope, so my profit is almost nothing. This is for US members. For international members, the shipping for Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope is higher, so the cost will be $20 total, if that means of shipping is acceptable to your country.
I will continue to search around, and I hope that other members will post what they can find for others before they are all gone.
SIDE NOTE: This is an attempt at helping out other members, so please do not request a copy so that you can flip it for profit.

I've spent many a day trying to find a copy at just about every local Tar-Jay, B&N, and TRU-- AKA the big venues that normally carry the thing-- with absolutely no luck.

If they are going for that much on eBay i'd throw a few up there IMO
Prices on this are going to plummet.
Right now everyone is snapping them up because it is the final issue. But they probably had a million of them come off the presses.

Awesome! Very nice of you to get some copies in more people's hands. It's a great issue - I can't get enough of that sweet cover. 
And this just in... http://nintendoforcemagazine.com/ Only judging by what little they have on the site at the moment, it looks like it could be a very slick successor to NP. I've quite enjoyed Pure Nintendo - they're putting in a great effort, but Nintendo Force could be even greater.

As an update, I wasn't able to ship until today due to working solo this week. There are 4 issues en route to members, I'm awaiting payment from two (no rush folks, just noting), and I'm waiting on a shipping address from one member.
Are there any other members that need a copy of the final Nintendo Power? The search is not over.
