Back again for week 6 of my flea market finds.
Not too many people there this week since they were forecasting rain, but still found a few things.

First place I picked up a Gamegear, charger plug, and an official battery pack, and an unofficial one also. Also came with 4 games: Sonic Triple Trouble, Ren & Stimpy Quest for the Shaven Yak, The Majors Pro Baseball, and Super Columns.
Got this for $10.
However when I got home, I tried to power it up and it turns on, and then shuts off about 1-5 seconds later. I have it taken apart but have no idea what I am looking for, any help greatly appreciated!!!
Second score of the day was a Sega 32x complete in box with everything still wrapped in its original packing, looks brand new, included all of the paperwork and flyers, and ads that come with it also.
Got this for $7. Now I just need to get some 32x games.
Thats about it for this week, nothing major, but very excited about the 32x.

Nice price on the 32x.

Out of the three Game Gears I have owned, only one of them worked decently.  Even then, the sound didn't work.  I've never had good luck with them.

Game Gears have capacitors that go bad, they usually need a complete replacement of all the capacitors. Once that's done though, they pretty much last forever because of higher quality caps. There's lots of people who offer cap replacement services if you look around, shouldn't cost too much either.

Congrats on the find though, even a broken Game Gear is worth at least $5, and a boxed 32x for $7 is just insane!

Lokken, I looked up about the capacitors online, and yes you are right, two of the capacitors look as if they leaked on the board, I have a list of all of the capacitors needed in the gamegear, anyone know where I can find capacitors cheap, either at a store or online?

Nice find on the 32x!! You can find most of the games for it cheap (I suggest Doom, Shadow Squadrin, and kolbri.)
Hope you can get the Game Gear fixed, its a blast to pull out in the break room at work and watch jaws drop lol

Excellent price on the CIB 32X.  Nice haul all around, and most 32x games are cheap.
