Just a quick heads up! An article I orchestrated for http://Racketboy.com is now up. The piece is an overview of the Game Boy Advance's library of shmups. We tried to be really thorough and go over imports as well as compilations and even borderline shmups.

Check it out here: http://www.racketboy.com/...ce-gba-shmup-library.html

Seriously, this is gettin' ridiculous.

My wish list is far too long as it is, and then you go and introduce me to even more games that I wanna take a crack at.

Now I'm gonna hafta cut my food budget ih half... again...

I really dig all of the shmup posts that you do from time to time.  I too am a big fan of these games and try to collect the best ones for each system.

Nice article and one of my favorite type of games.  My wishlist just got longer.

I can't believe the GBA does not have more shooters than these! The original Game Boy probably has more. Good job.

@ShellShock: you would know about original GB shmups ShellShock! You wrote the DEFINITIVE article on it... one that I still reference quite often. Smiley

Awesome article!
