- John Lowe was a professional darts player who was a member of the BDO from 1976 to 1993 and the PDC from 1993 to 2007. Lowe won the World Championship three times and the World Masters twice. Lowe was also the first player to get a televised nine dart finish in 1984.
- The game allowed you to enter your own scores so you could compete with a real dartboard and darts.
