A lot of this has to do with time management. Gotta spend time with the misses and the kids so i would say every other day for about 2Hrs.

Today for instance, I'm adding games to my list I've not added for the past couple months. On off days though, that's a whole nother story. Past 2 off days I had, I logged nearly 14 hrs into Disgaea DS bringing my total to nearly 150 hrs. Sure, that's average to some but I just dont have the time or energy to play games every day like I did when I was younger. Now days, I gotta take it when I can and miss it when I cant.

Post by: cant-grow-up on January 21, 2009, 10:30:02 PM Nothing compared to what I used to when I was a kid up until high school,back then it was easily 6 hours a day (new games called for a "sick day") but now a days with a full-time job,bike and project car I might average 2 hours a day 2 or 3 days a week. Mostly it boils down to me just being in the mood.

I was up late playing on a work night on Tuesday (Wed early AM), and was just too tired to play anything the last 2 nights. That, plus the Lost SP, and cathing up on my DVRs, The Office & 30 Rock, I just watched TV the last 2 nights.

There are the rare times I'm really hooked in a game and when that happens I'd play for 5 hours or more. But the rare times are really rare.

Sometimes, though, I'll go apeshit and play for 3+ hours straight for multiple days in a row (at significant sleep loss...damn you Fallout 3!). My family is awesome. We play the Wii every night for at least 2-3 hours. I'd say with the weekends I play 15-20 hours. Right now we are replaying Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. My breaks are spent on a game machine of some kind. I can easily spend between 5 and 8 hours playing a game without knowing it. So, put me down for the 30+ hours a week. If life gets in the way, then it drops but I still make time to get in about 10 hours a week.
