LMFAO ! Check out one of the accounts biidng on the item. You dont think somebody (or somebodies) think shill bidding is going on ? :P

That account that mocks the auction belongs to a pretty funny guy over at digit press. ;)

I would love to have the game , but not if the shill bidding continues.

Maybe I'm stupid, but what's the proof of shill bidding?

Look at the other auctions offered from that seller and the "shill bidder" in question appears on alot of his bid list , but never wins. He did win one time and feeback was left pretty quickly.

Feedback left by buyer: "Great ebayer!!! Fast and easy shipment!!!I am in love with this person"

Right..... Come on

I guess there is a chance I am wrong , but it looks pretty blatant to me :P

The high bidder rocks...lol

Well, it does look pretty suspicious:
http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewBidItems&sort=3&userid=greenpanda123&satitle=&from=R7&nojspr=y&pfid=0&completed=1&all=1&rows=100

But he left that feedback 3 days after the auction ended. That's not so quickly. Could be 2 days faster (in theory).

He also bid on some stuff of other sellers and hasn't retracted any bids.

It probably has to fdo with the eBay contest they are running over there.
It is apparently the second time it has been run and Joe warned people that taking part in the contest may get you kicked off of or suspended from ebay.

The guy running the auction should be familiar to Rick

No, this isn't part of the Ebay insanity contest.  This is just some jerk who is bumping up his own items.

And doesn't even show a picture of it? Come on, I don't believe him at all!

That was a good deal and he did a good job on shipping. I am not saying he is guilty of being a bad seller , I just thought this instance and other of his auctions might be suspect of shill.

What is an average price for this to go for these days?  I know I can't afford games like this, so I don't pay much attention to them anymore.  You have any idea what it's worth on eBay now, Rick?

Around 350 loose typically. I amagine the price on this past one was due to the shill bidding (imo)

Even with the shilling though people were willing to pay. So that must mean something.
