When a gov angency does do something like that they make it seem to be as normal as possible. Such strange and extreme claims are made but there is absolutely NO factual evidence anywhere to prove its existance. And in one of those things people were saying in the scroll bar. Far as I've heard it's totally an urban legend and nothing more. I think the mention is in The Ultimate History of Video Games which is a book you should all own :P
