MS has been sending out rounds of emails.
People have been getting everything from fully unlocked Killer Instinct to XBox1 a few games and a free year of live.

Apparently Live tenure, gamerscore and purchase history are taken into consideration for this but no one seems to be 100% sure who will get what.

Well with a little more news coming out.
Give aways seem to be completely random.
One guy who got that huge package has spent tens of thousands of dollars on games and systems and another guy got the same package has ~10 games and only been subscribed to live for a few months.

Just keep checking for the few days as they might keep trickling out.

Did you guys check your boosting accounts as well? Someone got an email on their boosting account for an Xbox One.

Log into xbox.com, go into your Billing Information. It'll tell you which email account it notifies you on.
