I wonder why dualshock and 40 other products are finally now getting sued.
PS3 is pretty much on the horizon... is it not?

well, the company waited until sony made shit loads of money, and now they are gonna get $90 Mil of it....if they sued when the dual shock was first introduced, they would maybe get $5 Mil ..... smart company, stupid law suit

Yeah, it all seems pretty shady. Typical patent problems. Those things just suck.

The end of the suit is news to me, but didn't Innovation sue Sony over a year ago?  Seems to me like this suit is actually pretty old.  I remember hearing about it a while back.
