Title: Uploading pics from database
Post by: Crabmaster2000 on July 29, 2014, 07:01:14 AM
Having a lot of trouble taking pics from the site recently. I can't seem to upload pics from the screenshot pages to my photobucket account (keep getting error messages). Never had problems in the past. Any ideas?

There's a slight error where the page ASSUMES it's JPG format, when it may be PNG format. Maybe that's your problem?

That sounds like a theft deterrent more than a problem :P

Is there something I can do to fix that?

I uploaded the picture so it doesn't count as theft :P

Doesn't photobucket just ask you to supply the URL?

If so just change it to .png
Or .jpeg i've had issues using .jpg vs .jpeg before also.

I never realized you could just upload URLs. Just changed it to .png and that did the trick. Thanks!

I was taking a shot in the dark I haven't really spent much time with photobucket but remembered seeing that feature on one of the hosting sites I previously used

Glad it worked :D
