Title: Sights and Sounds of a Cincinnati Reds Game Post by: Hydrobond on June 17, 2005, 08:40:37 PM On the way to the stadium I found a tall building:
(http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/1_Carew_West_small.jpg) Good day, sir: ( http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/2_I'm_The_Pitcher_small.jpg) Baseball can be quite boring, thus The Moon: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/3_Moon.jpg) It's just an estimate: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/4_Attendance.JPG) I figured out why the Reds are bad at baseball. This one forgot his bat: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/5_Vanishing_Bat.jpg) Did I mention that baseball is a boring game?: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/6_Light!.jpg) (These are the stadium lights, just in case you couldn't tell.) They lost: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/7_Score.JPG) Random band playing on the way back to the car (in the "Backstage" district): (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/8_Random_Band.JPG) (This was from behind, there was a very large crowd on the other side of the stage.) We have a sweet fountain: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/9_Fountain.JPG) For your enjoyment: (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/zzzzGreat_American_Ball_Park_Home_Plate_small.jpg) Large version. (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/zzzzzGreat_American_Ball_Park_Home_Plate_large.jpg) And I promised some sound, so here goes. The Reds got 2 home runs, thus this (http://www.hydrobond.net/forum/Reds_Game/Home_Run.AVI). Title: Re: Sights and Sounds of a Cincinnati Reds Game Post by: The Metamorphosing Leon on June 18, 2005, 10:00:59 AM Well I hate your sports because they're so damn confusing. Like Cricket. How does the scoring in cricket work? It would be sweet if you could explain it.

Title: Re: Sights and Sounds of a Cincinnati Reds Game Post by: den68 on June 18, 2005, 07:46:25 PM I love baseball caps, wear em' all the time. I actually went to Comerica Park to see the Tigers for the first time tonight. I didn't take any pictures though. they won 8-2 against San Francisco and we got to see a nice fireworks show after the game. Comerica Park is a pretty nice facility. I loved the old Tiger Stadium but more for the history and memories of the 84 Tigers that won the World Series. It was pretty much a dump and way past it's prime. sadly it still stands empty. don't know what the hell they are ever going to do with it. usually when a new stadium goes up the old one comes down. not so in Detroit.

If not, you may want to get some before you lose the chance. I made the mistake of not taking any photos of Riverfront Stadium before it went down, and have regretted it. I have a lot of memories from that stadium, but no photos from it.

Next time I definately will. Now that Tiger Stadium is no longer used I don't see myself going there to take pictures. It's not in the greatest area. Well maybe I can talk Sauza into coming along as my armed guard. Now now, don't be insulting bowlers. This fine gentleman shows is a great example of why bowlers are a real man's hat: (http://www.ilexikon.com/images/a/a4/Chaplin-immigrant.png) http://www.ilexikon.com/images/a/a4/Chaplin-immigrant.png Title: Re: Sights and Sounds of a Cincinnati Reds Post by: MPHDeltaForce on August 05, 2005, 12:07:50 PM I once got raped by gapper at a reds game...no way in hell am i ever going back newhere near that place. i was tramatized.
