TRU is having a %50 off all green-label items sale that extends into their videogame department.

I picked up a new copy of Guilty Gear X2# Reload for Xbox at the sale price of $9.99.

I also picked up a new copy of Xbox MoH: Rising Sun (regular price) for $8.48.

They also had FF Tactics from PS1 at a sale price of $7.50, but I held off. Does that sound like a good price or can I get it cheaper?

Yea they have had the 50% off sale for awhile now.
I figured it would be up to 75% by now.

I waited all thru the sale last year and got a bunch of stuff for 90% off :drool:

I got my copy of Tactics at Blockbuster for $5

They were supposed to drop to 70% off on the 28th, but apparently TRU decided to hold off on that a little while longer.  

The big coup was when all remaining stock dropped to 90% off last year.  I still have reciepts from that sale laying around that show I saved over $100!

The TRU i went to had a bunch of stuff i wanted but it was still too high for me to buy it.
Metal Slug 3 for Xbox i'm going to get when the drop to 75% and i am going to pick up some PS1 games when the drop to 90%
There where some really shitty PS2 and Xbox games for under 10$ that i'll pick up for 90% off too.

But i couldcount on 2 hands the number of things i saw green tagged

it has been 50% off for a long time. I've been waiting for another drop too. the TRU in Sandusky had a few  I thought about but wasn't willing to spend $9.99.

Anyone know when the next pricedrop is coming?

There is no definate date set so far, but don't expect it until at least the end of November/begining of December.

Yea i do remember the snow first falling when i went for the 75% off.
I believe snow was melting when i went again for 90% off.

EDIT to redeem this thread somewhat i was at TRU today and nearly all the greentagged stuff i saw last time was gone.
The only things left where some retarded GCN Cheat disc things.

Those will be there even after the 90% tags come up.
Unless i buy them.

Yeah, I got a check coming to me on Friday with around 15 hours of overtime on it, so I may go and pick up a few 50% off games.  I really want Guilty Gear and I don't think that it is going to last until 70% off.

My copy of Guilty Gear was 10$ so it def isn't going to break the back if you have 15 hours overtime.

I got the last copy of Guilty Gear at my TRU today. Also picked up Tron 2.0 Killer app as well for 9 bucks

The only number on the disc is on the other side away from the "NTSC"

The number on the disc and back of the box are close as well. Can there be a different number on the box and disc ??

On November 21st, they are ending the green tag sale on all video games.  All remaining games will drop to $10, though so there might still be some decent deals to get.

No $1000 savings for me this year.  :'(
