Title: A visit to Henry Ford Museum
Post by: den68 on November 30, 2005, 11:18:11 AM
I went there to get some pictures of the video games they had in one of the exhibits. Here's a few other interesting items:

This is the chair Abraham Lincoln was sitting in when he was shot by John Wilkes Booth in the Ford Theater. The info states that those are indeed blood stains on the chair as well as hair dye on other unidentified substances.

They should use that blood to clone Lincoln.

That'd be sweet. A clone army of Lincolns Bush could use to take over the galaxy and destroy the Jedi.

they have all makes of vehicles in there. there's a ton of stuff in it, some big stuff too. a DC3, several large pieces of farming equipment, an actual diner, a few locomotives.

it's a cool place.

That is a neat museum, I've been there once or twice before.  Did you happen to see Greenfield village as well?

I live 5 minutes from the place. I've been to Greenfield Village many times. Last time I was there was for their Halloween event a few weeks ago.

Hopefully I'll be going to the Imax there to see Harry Potter soon.
