I am fairly that in addition to Carnivore there is Eschelon, both of which are designed to spy of civilian communications.

Doesn't effect me, I'm white. //serious It doesn't really bother me. The FBI still would have to find real evidence to convict someone, one email found by Carnivore wouldn't be enough.
