"Much to the chagrin of secondhand retailers, Capcom has responded to gamers' appeals and decided to bring Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney back to stores. A Capcom representative today told GameSpot that the company is shipping more units and that gamers "interested in purchasing a copy should check with their store," implying that Internet reports that the game is now back in stores are true. "

Hopefully nobody bought some of these for future rarity purposes.

I've heard that it will also retail at $35 ($5 more than the original MSRP).

So, the first run of the game doesn't sell so well, becomes a hot seller on eBay, and now they charge more for the reprint?

I'm just glad that I didn't buy one at $50.

I heard the same exact thing that they were reselling it again.  I'm glad I struck while the iron was hot!
