I just watched this and I think I wet myself a little. Creepy movie. It's just more evidence that the Japanese are a bunch of psychotic freaks.

I will have to check this out.

If you like the really sick/psycho japanese films, try "The audition" and "Ichi the Killer"

Those two movies are disturbed and I wouldn't recomend them to anyone who isn't prepared.

I've seen Audition and I just haven't had the motivation to watch Ichi yet. But if you really want to see disturbing Japanese filmmaking, watch Guinea Pig 2: Flower of Flesh and Blood. It's basically just a movie of some guy kidnapping a girl and vivisecting her. Charlie Sheen managed to find a copy for his movie collection and when he watched it he thought it was real. He turned the movie over to the FBI and there was an investigation.  It turned out to be fake but it's still really nasty.

Thats awesomly gruesom. that must be so realisticly done. i can take horror but that souns like it pushes the limits i really have to try to see if i could handle these movies...
do they have goods plots usually or is it just random extreme gore?

It depends. Audition is a poignant and caring masterpiece and will make you think twice about treating women like sex objects (especially when she cuts off the guy's tongue and makes him eat vomit). Guinea Pig is just pointless nastiness.

watched the grudge last nite... creepy.
kinda slow tho.  i dont know what to make of it.  i prolly wont watch it again tho.

The American one or the Japanese one?  I still gotta get around to seeing the American re-make, though I doubt I will like it as much as the original.  I saw the opening scenes, and something about the atmosphere was missing in the remake....  but I didn't see the whole thing so I can't make a verdict for sure.
