I only missed 3, but I dont agree with the "sequel to Galaxian" question. It says Galaga, but there are actual numbered sequels to Galaxian.

This is odd. The medium setting was easier for me then the easy.

Easy I got 4 on medium I got 10 and changed 2 of my answers before I hit submit. On hard I got 2.

That Robotron question was especially easy for me (I'm addicted), as was Mappy, Venture, and Missle Command. I guessed on the Reactor one cause I knew who it wasn't....lol Super dork? Yea I read a lot of video game history books *shrug*

For easy and medium levels there were only 7 questions and on hard there were 5. That's how many I got for each level.

18 out of 18. I actually had to stop and think about the level 1 sounds for a min but found the other two levels too easy. Anyone else think the 2nd and 3rd levels were easier?

Yea. Count the questions - it totals up the correctly answered questions from the previous level with those from the current level. I counted the number of questions for each level individually *shrug*

The questions in the easy level are numbered 1 thru 7 and then 1 thru 14 in medium level.  For a total of 21 questions (not counting hard).  What am I missing?

I hear ya. my ability to grasp mathematical concepts ended in 7th grade. after that it was a constant struggle.
