I hate shorts, you won't ever see me in shorts unless I'm swimming. Why do I have this strange vendetta against short pants? I have no idea, it must be something in my blood. Anyways, I was bored so I made a simple poll, vote or don't, I don't really care which you do as long as I don't have to wear shorts.

I wear shorts quite a bit when the weather permits it :)  I used to live in Cali and was into the whole beach wear phase, so yeah, I like shorts ;)  

Stylish jeans do look better, especially when going out, but shorts are just nice and easy to put on and you can get your legs a bit tan while at it...

I never really wore shorts until last year.

Before that regardless of heat or humidity i was wearing a pair of jeans.

I still only have a few pairs though.
And i think only one has pockets.

Which is the biggest reason i don't like shorts.
No pocket space.

I usally always wear shorts even in the winter..I dont like wearing jeans because my legs are to big for pants that are my waist size. If I dont have on shorts youll find me in sweat pants.

What are pants?

I live in Arizona! Of course I wear shorts ;) Hell you can wear shorts through December out here.

Yeah, really the only time cold enough not to wear shorts is when I am leaving my house around 4 a.m. in January. Otherwise it gets warm enough throughout the day.

and Anthony, you can buy shorts with pockets. in fact some come with quite large pockets.

For work, I buy these shorts that are much like cargo pants. (except they are shorts) They have normal pockets, front and back. And they have cargo pockets on the side with cell phone pockets on top of those.

I buy the very same style in pants :)

lol some of the shorts kids wear today are just about as long as pants..and females all seem to be wearing the short shorts with writing across the behind like they need the added help for men to look  :P

I only own one pair of shorts, and I wear them when it gets hot enough.  Unless Speedo shorts count, because I swim laps in those.

I wear shorts all the time, even in the winter when I can get away with it and always around the house. I wear knee-length ones though and mostly men's cause women's are too short and seem to be made to ride way up your ass. I hate wearing pants and really hate long johns. I only wear em when I must and here in the winter you must if you don't want frostbite :(

EDIT: I also only wear shorts that have tons of pockets and mostly ones that have zippers and/or velcro pockets. I love buying camo BDUs and cuttin them off just below the knee too. If I can't fit half a subway sub and a 20oz diet coke in one pocket they just won't do. I hate carrying bags of any type and really hate purses. I do have a small Dickies cargo-ish bag (camo of course) that I'm known to carry at times though. That thing is small enough that it don't matter but large enough to hold both my DS and PSP ;)

Girls wearing shorts is the worst fashion atrocity thinkable. Unless they're the really short tight kind.

I wear shorts when it's really hot, because I don't enjoy being hot. I doubt I'd wear them to school though.

I don't wear shorts because I don't own any.
