I am making a half portable/half computer called the DCPC/half assed portable from sega dreamcast. I am buying parts online, I already have a dreamcast, 1 controller a VMU and a keyboard, Im ordering a screen (modded PS1 LCD) and a mouse and second controller. Im also buying sega smash pack and soul calibur, and the web browser. this is basically what the system is: at home I will use it like a computer, browsing the internet, and playing classic FPS's i burned (the only reason I have a computer) and on the go they can still play DC games.  it has a battery pack, but you can also plug it in. Title: Re: announcing my new project: DCPC/half ass DC portable Post by: OatBob on March 03, 2008, 11:45:01 PM good luck with that one... while they're great for case mods and adding extra outputs, Dreamcasts are known to be terrible for portablizing.
