Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Dev1anc3 on February 12, 2007, 04:14:09 PM You own Wizard of Oz? ...dork. :P
... of course I own Strawberry Shortcake's Musical Match Ups, so I guess I'm just as bad. Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Tynstar on February 12, 2007, 05:45:39 PM I have no clue where or when I got it but that is on the only SNES game I have that is not CIB.
I am on a kick to make all my loose games CIB. The 2600 library is going to hurt. Out of 2900ish games I would say all but 400 are CIB. Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Dev1anc3 on February 12, 2007, 07:09:24 PM Yikes....Yeah, I would say those 2600 boxes are going to be pretty painful. ... If I would have known you needed that Wizard of Oz box, I would have traded it to you instead of eBaying it. Heh, It's been in my trade folder for like 6 months.
Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Tynstar on February 12, 2007, 09:08:45 PM Damn
Of my 375ish 2600 games about 140 are complete. Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Dev1anc3 on February 13, 2007, 06:19:16 AM That's a very impressive ratio for 2600. I have 69 2600 games, and only three of them are complete. I'd have alot more, but when I bought them as a kid, a never really gave a shit about the boxes/manuals. I didn't start keeping that stuff till '88, when I got my NES. I wish I would have though, as I threw away a shit load of 2600 boxes, manuals, and catalogs back in the 80's, like most everybody did at that time.
Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Tynstar on February 13, 2007, 11:47:20 AM That makes me sad. Then again my family did the same thing. Actually they just threw the boxes away. I still have most of the manuals.
Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: MrMark0673 on February 13, 2007, 06:36:24 PM Damn Of my 375ish 2600 games about 140 are complete. I'm taking credit for 8 of those ;D. Anyway, I had a lot of 50+ CIB 2600 games I bought in one swoop on craigslist, the only thing I have left from that buy is a boxed system. Luck with the auctions! Title: Re: eBay: Auctioning alot of hard to find game boxes... Post by: Tynstar on February 13, 2007, 06:46:28 PM Indeed I did get 8 from you. Now go find me more.

Thanks, I'll probably need it. The way it's looking, those Genesis or PAL SNES boxes aren't going to fair too well... I kind of expected that though. After the auctions have ended, I might just sell what's left over in one lot. Title: Re: *Ends Today*eBay: Alot of hard to find game boxes...
