Title: Any alternatives to RF for top-loading NES? Post by: BadEnoughDude on April 15, 2007, 05:18:00 PM I have been looking around for some alternatives to the standard RF switch for the top-loading NES, but haven't been able to find much. Heard a rumor that there are top loading models that have AV outputs, but I have yet to see one myself. Are there any options outside of just using a front loading NES?

I am sure someone posted a how to somewhere on the web. Using a front loading NES with the pins fixed if you best bet. I know James posted a link of how to do that here on the boards somewhere.

Title: Re: Any alternatives to RF for top-loading NES? Post by: Tynstar on April 16, 2007, 12:12:32 PM I thought you posted a link how to fix the pins on a front loading NES not the AV mod. I guess someone else posted that link.

Title: Re: Any alternatives to RF for top-loading NES? Post by: BadEnoughDude on April 16, 2007, 05:20:24 PM I kind of had a feeling that there were no easy alternatives. I have been putting off buying a new front loader for a while now, since I mostly use my top loader (and my original front loader is in poor shape), but I guess the time is right.
