How often do you eat breakfast?

I haven't had breakfast since I was 14 or 15. These days I usually wake up too late to have breakfast anyway.

I never used to, but sine I started working, if I don't I'm almost starving by lunch time.  So, now I always have my bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. 

I don't always wake up at the same time so for me to have breakfast one day it might be at 7am the next at 2 pm.
My internal clock is all kinds of fucked up.

Assuming i do eat when i wake up.

Hardly ever. Plus, the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day was probably made up by cereal companies to increase sales. I get by just fine waiting until lunch.

Actually the meals you eat for dinner you would probably be better off eating first thing in the morning.

Then you have all day to burn the calories and you can draw on the vitamins and what not when you need it most. While your awake rather than sleeping.

2 pieces of fruit,  a cup of tea, and a rice cake with nutella (sp?)

Hardly ever have a real breakfast. Just grab some little nibbly

Almost never a real breakfast anyway, a cereal bar and coffee is about as good as it gets most mornings.

I can't not eat breakfast. I'm a hungry, hungry person. Breakfast = YES PLZ.
Typically just a bowl of cereal, although sometimes I mix it up with eggs. :O

Every morning sometime between 6:30 to 10:30
