Title: Beyond Good and Evil....
Post by: shaggy on January 13, 2008, 12:41:25 PM
I'm right near the end of this game and what can I say?  What an awesome, under rated game.  I suggest If you don't have this game go get it and play it.  Go find this game.  I'm glad I popped this into my PS2.  It's a very excellent game and truly worthy of a sequel.  Now if only the sales were better.

There are so many people that call this game underrated that it's actually become overrated. Ask DefaultGen :P

True that. Very true. But still, great game.

It is far from underrated considering everyone who has played it loves it (me included), however the game was definitely overlooked upon release. Since then it has obtained a decent amount of fans and whatnot.

Anyway, yeah it's an awesome game, somewhat short but really awesome game.

Enough to warrant Ubisoft to make a sequel...well that and them making Rayman Raving Rabbids into a minigame fest instead of a platformer against the will of Rayman/Beyond Good and Evil creator Michel Ancel.

Rayman is a platformer on GBA.

Anyways i would go more with Sleeper Hit than underrated ;)

Rayman is a platformer on GBA.
But still. Ancel was pissed that UbiSoft took Rayman in a direction he did not want him to go.
