Title: Xbox 360 Two Worlds - How to get the patch?
Post by: Marriott_Guy on July 12, 2008, 12:55:19 PM
Hello all.

Maybe I am missing something, but do you nedd an XBL Gold account to get the patch for Two Worlds?  I am going through my second run and haven't received any update at all.  I have read that you have to be logged on to XBL, which I am through my free silver account, but no update.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Terry

Patches are available to any XBL user regardless of account type. The only things that are Gold-only are certain gamerpics/themes and getting demos a week earlier than Silvers do.

Perhaps you already have it? Find the glitched cave called Beaver Kettle Cave I think it's called which is across the river North of Ashos. If you can enter the cave without being teleported elsewhere you have the patch. :)

Thanks Tan!  I was able to enter the cave, so I guess I do have the patch... now to get that extra 65 achievement points  :)

I might go after those two myself, it's a helluva lot of work though. I'm guessing it'll take 2-3 times the game time to explore every location, shrine, cave, etc as it does to beat the game.

I agree - especially frustrating since I did it before only to be robbed of the achievement due to the Beaver Kettle Cave you listed.  It is a great game though and hardly a chore to beat through it again due to the fun factor.
