They are used, some have scratches (cd games) but play fine and others look like new. But just so everyone knows I will be taking all cd bases games in to have them cleaned/resurfaced what ever ya wanna call it. Some of the labels on the NES, sega and SNES games have fading and or marks on them others do not.
