Normally I can't think of a community that would care enough for me to post a link for it, but, everyone at one point or another wanted to dress up as Duke Nukem and if you didn't, you were probably a Nancy-boy.

She works pretty quick, is easy to contact, and can be really cheap if you request the right sort of costume.
