Take Two Interactive. However, as in the topic title, this is only a quasi-exclusive agreement, meaning that first parties (989 Studios) are still able to develop MLB games. Too bad for EA, the only Baseball games will be seeing in 2006 in beyond is ESPN MLB 2K6 and 989's title, minus the ESPN. Awww...

I only wish it could have been a franchise that sells more for EA, such as Madden, but you can't have everything. Maybe EA will counter by becoming a first party through buying Nintendo. ::) I can only imagine as I imagined when the NFL exclusivity was announced that this will continue to create negative ripple effects.
