Title: How about OEM Hardware on database?
Post by: toze3 on April 23, 2017, 09:19:46 AM
I have been for some time catalog my collection of games/hardware here, introducing a lot of new variations of original releases, but...

I also have some things that are OEM without any brand, possible chinese clones or chinese made, so my question is, should this be inserted on the database.

Now I'm remember of a few things, like PS2 memory cards of 32/64MB, PS2 component cables, that are like reproductions, and also for example dreamcast a VGA cable (http://dc-sd.com/p/3/dreamcast-vga-cable) or even the SD Cards adaptors.

Should this be added to the database, i have a few ...

I don't know what is the policy about this, but for people making catalog of collection would be interesting to have that option.

From what I have seen, 3rd party accessories are fine, even if unlicensed. As to clone consoles, that isn't something I can address, but the worst thing that would happen is a rejected submission.
