Well I am off to have dinner with my parents at my favorite Italian restaurant here at about 3:45 PM. Pacific Time is one of the last ones besides Alaska and Hawaii and other island nations. My city isn't far from the Idaho border but all of WA is on Pacific while the Northern Panhandle of Idaho near me is on our time the southern part where most people in Idaho live in Boise,Idaho Falls,Twin Falls and Pocatello is Mountain time.

I often forget this and I have family in the Boise area, and I have family in a fairly large town called Lewiston which is close to where the timezone change is. I often forget those parts of my family are different times even though in the same state.

Well people started the fireworks 3 minutes early. Bad clocks! lol But you know fireworks are illegal in my county (I looked it up the make sure). The exception is on the 4th of July at a certain time interval and its only in a few of the outlying suburbs. Of course I don't mean that the city and county themselves don't hire professionals to do shows. I have seen plenty at local events (race track, baseball game).

I live far enough from downtown where the legal show that most of the ones I am hearing I know are the illegal ones that are shaking the house and windows. There are some loud assholes tonight! And I don't mean I farted.

The thing is there are also a lot of Indian reservations a short drive away so that doesn't deter people lol.
