Title: assult charges
Post by: Zimbacca on July 10, 2004, 11:27:28 PM
today I went to the mall with a few of my friends and had a squirt gun fight in our mall.  we got kicked out but it was worth it, all we were doing was screwing with the mall cops.  so after we were done we decided to go out to go squirt random people on the street.  apparently that's cocitered assult.  so after the third person we got soaked we had to refill our guns, so we pull into Albertson's and refill in the guns.  when we walked back to the car there were two cops sitting right by our car.  we were answering their questions and then the cop yelled at me, and ja "shut the hell up!"  and then he kept cussing us out.  which  when you're here it counts it counts as harassment. so tomorrow we're going to go down to the cop shop and put in a complaint.

well, it turns out the cop shop is closed today because its Sunday, so we're going in tomorrow.  what we're asking for is a hand written apology personalized to each of us.

I would also suggest learning English. Cops, and professional people in general will pay more attention to you that way.

Honestly, how much crap do you think a cop has to put up with everyday? And probably the majority of people you deal with are dicks about it, and then you get a call about some kids harrassing complete strangers on the street with squirt guns. Its not like the cop beat you with a night stick. He was legitmately angry that you were doing something completely stupid and disrespectful.

Was this the rent-a-cop or real cops?  Had to be the rent-a-cops right? If so they dont even have the rights to question you all they can do is detain you for doing illegal things until real cops come.

Sorry, but I'm on the cops side.  Can't abide punk kids who would purposely piss that many people off just for kicks.  Not cool.  Go play some Halo or something.

no, it was a real cop.  I don't care if he was pissed.  he shouldn't of been yelling like he was.  he repeatedly called us smart asses when we were just answering his questions.  and broke just about every rule the cops here have that classifies harassment.

I agree a tiny bit but still the cops had no right to swear at him if he wasnt giving them problems.
note to Freak **Find a place farther away to refill for next time**

what rules would those be exactly. You need to explain that a little better.
You cant break the law and expect the cops to be all jolly roger about it.

well, since we know it's assault now we aren't going to do it anymore.

If I was the cop, I would have thrown your ass in jail for a couple of hours, just becuse I am mean and could do it.  Consider yourself lucky that he just used words.

I say not good i think he should have gotten it.
What the hell kind of evil abides by the law anyways??? You should have laughed at his antics you faker!

It's not about the law. It's just about being a huge wimp. When you instigate a bunch of crap by annoying the hell out of strangers with squirt guns you had better be man enough to deal with the consequences. Instead of dealing with the situation like a man, freak_boy is whining that the nice policeman said bad words in front of him. Apparently his mommy says he's not allowed to hear bad words.

Title: Re: assult charges

i think you are trying to verbally intimidate us...
and Im not allowed to hear bad words either.

the bad words don't bug me, and its not about the bad words.  it was about causing as much trouble for them as we could.

i already knew that but apparently Evil never did anyhting bad or iratating when he was younger. So we just have to deal with the fact that he is acting like hes in his 50's.

Title: Re: assult charges

Which makes even less sense:

1. You're not going to cause any trouble by complaining that a cop said a bad word. They will simply laugh you out of the station.

2. You will sound like a whussie momma's boy in the process of said complaint.

3. You've already been kicked out of the mall and won't be able to buy your clothes at "Hot Topic" any more.

You should cut your loses now. You could be doing valuable things like learning to capitalize your sentences, and finding out that there is a difference between "there" and "They're".

1. i hate hot topic.
2. i wasn't kicked out of the mall for life, just for the day.
3 .we gave up on the complaint.

An angry English major never thought I'd see the day...
1. You would put a comma after word.
2. You would put the apostrophe after momma to show possession.
3. When using the title of something it is underlined not put in quotations.
What loses is he cutting?
Also you didnt insult me for spelling something or irritating wrong in the previous post, I'm jealous.

That's good. That shows a maturation on your behalf. You realized that it was a totally worthless complaint and there was no reason to pursue it farther.

That said, I want everybody to know that I have done all kinds of shit in my lifetime that far surpasses your "squirt gun rampage". One time, I helped this dude steal condoms and hand them out to little kids (6-10 year olds). If you children were ever exposed to that kind of vile, wretched, evil you would immediately curl up in a fetal position and start to cry.

I have no problem with people being evil wicked shits. You just have to choose your battles, and complaining about the cops using bad words over something as stupid as a squirt gun fight is not a good battle to fight.

Wow. Absolutely all of this is false.
1. You could put a comma after "word" if you wanted to, but it is not 100% necessary. I simply made two separate sentences. Each of them are full sentences. They both contain a subject, a verb and an object.

2. No. That's just entirely wrong. You put an apostrophe after nouns which already end in "s" to show possession. "Momma" does not end in "s".

3. The titles of PUBLISHED WORKS are underlined. A popular store in a shopping mall is not a PUBLISHED WORK (to be honest, I don't really know what you do with the name of a store, but I'm too lazy to look it up).

I don't need to comment on your "impecable grammer". Your last post pretty much proves my entire case against that on it's own.

Talking about the subject of this thread: Freak Boy, you're a bastard and a hypocrytical idiot. You do something stupid, out of line and totally unnecessary, and when the police does something half as annoying as you, you're suddenly the victim and you have to defend yourself in the cop shop. You're pathetic.

i think everyone took it to seriously the people who got sprayed should let the cops do something more important like stop a Real crime instead of going after kidsd with water bottles, the cops probably blew it out of porportion because of the fact that they knew they should really be doing something more important but they had to look into this as their civil duty and freak and his buddies shouldnt have sprayed people and pissed of some bitchy old people.
my feeling is on the other hand if these people where on the road and were cut off or some guy was speeding weaving through traffic in front of them they would have done nothing about it but since it personally affected them they needed to get  "justice"

You're both right. In a way.  The people who got sprayed were taking it way too seriously, But arrr's also right because I shouldn't of been spraying people and then getting pissed off for being cussed out by the cop.  (I know  I shouldn't of been spraying people in  the first place)
