And the "girl" really did end up being a girl, and an awesome one at that. The trip was one of the best ones I've ever taken, if not the best, and Cincinnati seems even poopier right now. So yeah. Post by: Lord Nepenthean on July 27, 2004, 10:14:06 AM I was in Flint.  I had to fly through Detroit, but was only there for a few hours while waiting for my next flight to Flint.  We also stopped by Flushing and I think Grand Banks or something, but most of the time it was just Flint.  If you're familiar with the area, we stayed in Wolverine Campground for a few days.

All of the roads are straight.... everything is in blocks. It all looks exactly the same!!! Stupid glaciers. Oh, and it was terribly ironic.... the days we camped out, it was 90 and humid, and the days we stayed indoors, the temperatures were cool and pleasant.
I'm sure I'll be back up there by the end of the year.... maybe a couple times, so maybe I'll be able to meet up with you guys in Detroit.... though I don't drink. Title: Re: Welcome Back Mike!
