I agree. People are always trying to sue for being stupid. General rule should be if it was your stupidity that caused the problem then dont sue.

And if they do then they should actually be punished.
Maybe everybody should laugh at him.

Court papers are public record I think. We could get his name and then maybe address and we could all send him letters about how stupid he is.

I'm sure he knows how stupid he is. But he also knows how stupid the American legal system is, so a greedy bastard like him could make a chance to get a lot of money.

All lawsuits are stupid. What happened to the time when the offended person went out, bought himself a weapon and challenged said offender to a duel? And if you wanted financial supplimentation all you had to do was, after you cut/blew/beat his head off, loot his over bloated body for spare change then go to his house and steal all the silverware and women he owned.
