A true return to form for them, but still not as solid as Hello Rockview.

I've been really getting into W.A.S.P. lately. The couple albums i've listened to so far (WASP and The Headless Children) both sound very similar, but its a pretty solid sound I think.

I bought me some used records (vinyls) yesterday:

Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up (Maxi-Single)
Neil Diamond - Gold
Tom Jones - The Great Lovesongs (new, lol!)
Bill Haley and The Comets - Vol. 2
Shirley Bassey - What Now My Love
Bill Haley and The Comets - The King of Rock!!!
Shirley Bassey - The Wonderful Shirley Bassey (with Geoff Love & his Orchestra)
Phil Collins - Hello, I Must Be Going!
Rod Stewart - Body Wishes
Imagination - In the Heat of the Night
Mahalia Jackson - Great Songs of Love And Faith
Carly Simon - Boys In The Trees
Phil Collins - Face Value
Roxy Music - Avalon
The Osmonds - The Plan
Kate Bush - The Kick Inside

That's 16 records with one being a double and I paid €14. €0.82/vinyl is great imo. Cheesy

Alice in Chains - MTV Unplugged.

Good solid album of some nice acoustic songs of theirs.

YES! Cheesy

Right now I am listening to 808s and Heartbreak by Kanye West. There's a lot of mixed reaction to this new direction for Mr. West, but I must say that I really like where he took this album. It's one of the darkest, bleakest, and most depressing hip hop (well, more R&B) albums I've heard in quite some time. The sound on this album is just fantastic, usually just Kanye over a piano and a drum beat generated by a Roland TR-808. There's also some neat stuff like Taiko drums.
