Brad Pitt is a sissy. though I do agree cycling is good. I do have a bicycle that I ride from time to time. not enough to do any good.

I really need to get up early and ride in the morning. I don't leave for work till 7:45 so I could get up at 6:00 and ride for an hour before I needed to start getiing ready for work.

I run a mile and a half everyday, but I hate running unless I'm playing a sport.  If I'm playing football or basketball I'll run until I pass out  which has almost happened a few times playing football.  I'd go cycling, but running is more effective so I just try to stick to that.

Apple now uses the Pentium 4, eliminating all "advantages" the old Macs had over PC's.
Do the right thing and go AMD64.
