Not much from thrift store stops this week, in the way of video games.

I love finding classic boxed PC games for cheap, but turns out that Carmen is missing floppy disc #1. The GBAs are Top Gun Firestorm Advance & Star Wars Episode II.
And then an awesome flashback to my childhood, Mr Mouth from 1976. Fully operational, just missing some of the tokens, for $1. The battery was even included. It'll probably find a permanent home in the office breakroom.

From my weekly stop at the Play 'n' Trade:

Turns out they were having a retro sale - buy 2 get 2 free. Super Bomberman 2 and DK Country 2 were $10 each, making Super Ghouls and Ghosts and Metroid Prime freebies. Lester the Unlikely was $3.
And last night I stopped by a buddy's place. He used to run a game store and had been selling his stock out of a local flea market, until it closed for the Winter. I always get nice deals, but this time he just wanted to get most of his stuff gone.

Tandy CoCo - $2 for all, Boxed Intellivision and O2 - $1 ea & loose FREE, Atari 8-bit - $5 for all.

Gretzky - FREE, Traded my extra game.com games for the AVE unlicensed games, Kings of the Beach CIB was $1, Golf CIB was $3, stunt Kids was $8, other loose NES's were $1-$3 each.

Most the SNES games were fillers for $1-$3 each but I'm happy to grab a Super Star Wars, Super Empire, Eye of the Beholder, and even Beauty & the Beast.

Tetrisphere CIB was $8 and I traded my extra CIB Majora's Mask for the CIB Mario Party 2. I think the Mega Man 64 was $10.

More fillers for $1-$3. The case for my Ecco - FREE, Spawn - $10, The NCAA 2K2 is sealed - $1.

Street Fighter the Movie - $5, Others - $1-$4.

PS2s - $1-$4 each. Ultimate Codes - $1 each.

PS2 SFII Ken controller - $5, eReader and cards - $8. Excitebike-e sealed and the Mario Bros is sealed, and I like this:

He gave me these universal game drawers, designed for Intellivision, Atari 2600, or cassettes. N64's fit great. I'm going to paint them black.

AND FINALLY, I've been asking about it for a while, and he had no intention of selling, but he decided he would let it go. It wasn't cheap. You may have noticed one also sitting in the AVGN's game room.
