Picked this up at the local store. It was a good price at $20.
I should have waited until I was done hunting to post a picture of all my finds today.
Stubbs and the storage case were a couple bucks each, now I'm going to reorganize as many PS1 games as I can.

Finally found a deluxe model Wii U earlier this week. Today was the first day I had to hook it up and enjoy it. I was really excited while I was waiting for the controller to charge. Finally its charged, I turn the Wii U on, and.... no signal to my TV. Hmm. Odd. OK, well, I'll try a different HDMI port. Nothing. Nothing I tried works. I even hooked up the AV cord from my Wii, no signal.
So I call Nintendo, tell them the blue light just keeps blinking on the front of the machine. That means there is a hardware issue with the circuits, and the system must be sent in for repair.
ARE YOU @!#$%^& KIDDING ME NINTENDO? I make tons of phone calls, drive around for over 2 weeks just trying to find one of these things, and I finally do, and it doesn't work. The place I got it, has no more of the deluxe model. So I am forced to take a refund. Sorry Nintendo but between not being able to find one, and now having it "red ring" for a lack of a better term, the excitement is all gone. I won't be buying one until I can find one second hand and cheaper now, and that store will get the money instead of you Nintendo.

using you as a moral compass is kinda weird. It's like asking a thief if it's okay to steal something.

Popped over to the thrift store where I got all that stuff a few weeks ago for $5.
First thing I saw was that someone had donated copy of my band's first album, which made me
But then I got this for ONE DOLLAR (and it is near mint folks) and that made me
(I was listening to the collectorcast on the way there for good luck. It worked!)

All we need is a pink square of doom, and the cycle will be complete.

Lol
I picked up the final issue of Nintendo Power. It includes a poster with every Nintendo Power cover, and looking through them makes me sad that a part of my childhood is going to end.

I picked these up over the last couple days....
N. Ambition 9.00
Trojan 9.00
Bases Loaded 5.00
I usually don't pay 9.00 for CIB NES games but they were in great shape and I didn't have the carts either so it was a win/win situation for me.
EDIT: 700 Posts only took me 6 years.

Incidentally, that's what happens when a texture doesn't load for many titles. Pink is used for placeholder, since it's often not used in graphics and it's very easy to pick out when testing. I've had this happen in various games when reaching somewhere the disc hasn't loaded yet, or most recently when the GPU started failing on an Xbox 360 before getting an E74 error.

@pwpcody - That sucks. I was looking forward to seeing you on the Nintendo Network. Can't say I blame you for feeling like that though.
@greyghost - Just think that some lucky guy will get to score your album for $1 or $2! Nice Zelda also
@izret - lmao. How old is your son now?
