I got all this stuff tonight from a Craigslist Member, except for the CD-i itself, which I've had for a while. The controller and the discs though, all from the member.

I didn't know Craigslist had members.

I didn't know Craigslist had members.

Lots of Craigslist ads have "members". Just usually not in the video game section Wink

Our own Razor Knuckles was kind enough to offer me this after my original died:

Not that I have anything against the Model 2 units, but there is just something about the Model 1 units that bring me back.  Thanks, Raz!

I agree, Model 1>Model 2

@Zag,
What's the matter? Run out of Gen1 Pokemon games, so you're reduced to picking up cruddy DS titles?

Jealous.

N64 collection completed just in time for the end of the world, yay!

(Pay no attention to the price sticker, it was 75 cents on Half.com)

Man, just look at you guys with your complete N64 collections!

You should celebrate by playing Superman 64 all the way through. Just to prove how big a N64 fanboy you are. What, are ya scared? Huh? Wimp...

I splurged on myself for the Holidays.

YES! Zaxxon MotherBase 2000! Now, THAT's what I like to see!

Excuse me while I get my heart rate back to normal...

I agree, Model 1>Model 2

It looks a heckuva lot better hooked up to a Model 1 Sega CD unit than a Model 2 does, I'll tell ya what.

All right, time to letcha all in on my latest pick-ups, which is mostly...

...wait for it...

...Skylanders Giants stuff.

And I know you all just dearly love it when I talk about Sklyanders.

With the help of a sale at Toys-R-Us combined with some gift cards, I grabbed the following for just under $25:

- Skylanders Giants starter set for Wii U: I love how the portal actually has its own built-in wire to plug into the Wii U, which also powers it. No more worries about draining batteries or loss of signal. Best of all, it's compatible with the Wii. Also, this version of the game supports just about every controller scheme available, including the Wii classic controller! Yay...

- Chill figure

- Legendary Stealth Elf figure

- Dragonfire Cannon battle pack

I also got in a couple other things. Sadly, they're not Skylanders items, so you'll probably be disappointed.

ANYway, I got:

- 3-in-1 converter: allows you to use your PS2 controller to play games on XBox, GameCube, or PC. You can even plug XBox memory cards into the sides of the XBox-looking socket the PS2 controller plugs into.

- $20 gift card to 7-11 with greeting card, courtesy of the other half of the greatest bromance in RF Generation history! inlove Grin

I just got a couple things over the past week.  I have to act like a responsible adult every once in a while.

I got this at 5 below while looking for stocking stuffers for my wife:

And I got this basically for free from Best Buy.  I had a $10 Reward Zone cert and it cost 9.99.

Oh, Skylander.  Cool.  Yeah.

I am, however, lovin' that convertor, Zag.  You could also buy a lot of taquitos with that gift card, too.  Keep you warm all winter long, it will.

Picked a few more games at Pawn America last night.  All complete and for the most part in excellent condition.

I usually don't have very good luck at pawn shops but had a pretty decent find at one last night:
