That VOID sticker will come right off with a little Goo-Gone and elbow grease. Nice grab on Battleship, that one is trickier to find.

Make that two votes for Goo-Gone. It's great for taking pesky stickers off. I actually used it to remove one of those magnetic-alarm-sticker-things off a PS2 game. It took quite some effort, but it came off.

Nice first scores for 2013 guys!

My Christmas haul was pretty good this year.  Didn't get a whole lot of games, but I got something I never expected to.  A Deluxe set Wii-U!  I was sure we didn't have the money for it, but my girlfriend had put it on layaway and paid it off during the month.

I already posted about the Xbox 360 I bought for my stepdaughter (it even made the podcast yay!) So she was excited about that.  Her mom got her Skyrim and Batman: Arkham City, I got her Kinect Adventures and Dance Revolution.

Lastly my girlfriend got me these for the 360.  All in all a VERY good Christmas for me.

Hey now!

Well, I'm happy to see bombatomba dug all the floor sweepings I sent him.

You really shoulda had the kids open that bad boy up, though; emotional trauma builds character, you know.

Got this from Retrorage yesterday.

Thanks man   razz

Rather than specifically point out and comment on all the cool things you guys have been getting lately, I'm just going to give a lazyish, "Looks like a lot of cool stuff guys."

This stuff I got at my favorite thrift/charity store to try and spend as much as I can at. Nearly broke $10. The PC games aren't anything too awesome, although the Sierra game Shivers might be a neat addition to the collection.

C&C Generals is a good find for me as I try and pick up all the C&C games I see, you know, for lan parties someday.

I bet Crabmaster is going to be pounding down my door to get to Backyard Hockey 2005, with his love of hockey and all.

This is kinda a cool find, an apparently never used Atari dust cover from back in the day. If there is any Atari collector who wants it I'm willing to trade.

And this was all bought on the 31st, so still 2012 small scores for me.

@Quackula: Nice toploader lot!

@nupoile: I second Shivers. Give it  a try.

@Crabmaster2000: Nice! Every time I look at the cart I see Tom Selleck.

Don't question Chinese software engineers; they could turn the Megadrive into a high-powered juicer using only several lines of ASM code and some duct tape.

That's weird. I see Burt Reynolds.

+1 for Mr. Reynolds.

Just got back from EB Games. Picked up another one of Crabby's recommendations, Opoona. Also got a game that I've debating about for a while, 3D Dot Game Heroes which has two bilingual manuals for some reason.

Zag sent me the Guitar Hero Van Halen skin.
I opened it and cried. Not being a Van Halen fan it actually burned me to touch it.

Ever since I first saw this sketch I've always viewed Van Halen as a homoerotic band.

Nice find on Cowboy Kid!  +1 for Burt Reynolds, he grew up about an hour away from where I live.  So did Danny McBride.
