Looking for CIB NES games..........even Silent Service.
I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart.  Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.

Some thrift finds on my way back home from work.

Picked ups an Nintendo NES loose for $5, 20 Questions handheld game thingy for $1 and a Leapfrog Leapster handheld to knock off my 2013 collecting goal list for $2.

So basically I should have visited the thrift store on lunch yesterday instead of getting a pizza.  Darn you Hungry Howies thin crusty with Bold and Spicy sauce!

Picked up some stuff from a friend, Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete, Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete, Dragon Warrior VII, and Final Fantasy Tactics.  He tossed in Digimon World, and Mega Man Legends for nothing.  While Lunar and Lunar 2 aren't 100% complete, and Mega Man Legends was disc only, his asking price for the lot was worth it to me.    I also got a package in the mail from Lukie Games, they're not the cheapest around, but they've always been on the ball and I occasionally snag things from there.  I actually didn't have to pay a thing for these games, cashed in some reward points I had saved up from them.  Duck Tales on NES, Beavis and Butthead for Genesis, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, and StarFox 64 for the N64.

Almost forgot about some stuff I snagged earlier in the week.  Nick hooked me up with some Atari 2600, Sega 32X, and Gamecube manuals, a couple Madden N64 games (*cringes*  Nick knows I hate most sports games rofl), and some posters for Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City.   Also picked up a PSOne, a couple third party controllers, and a controller extension.  Also a copy of Sammy Sosa High Heat Baseball 2001 (Steroids Not Included).

That's the beauty of World War V: it's so intense, it skips over the other two.

Yeah, tore it apart and cleaned it up. I couldn't get that little green mark off the top corner, but other than that it cleaned up well.  And the door latch still sticks, I took it apart while I was cleaning, put a little dry lube on it, and it still sticks.  Ah well, I can't complain for 10 bucks.  Now I just need to find a white dual shock to go with it.
