Still looks like a nice haul to me. I hear you with the financial stuff. Seems to be a rough winter for many.

Bil and I can be the Super 32X Bros.

So what does that make me?

Which game allows you to be in the 32X Bros Club?  There has to be standards.  Is it Knuckles Chaotix or World Series Baseball?

Isn't it obvious?

You need a copy of Zaxxon's MotherBase 2000.

Which means I can put in my application right away.

But before I do, here's a little something RetroRage sent my way:

Here's a close-up of his note:

Weird thing is, I'd just read the following article when his package arrived:

http://www.cbssports.com/.../brace-for-it-new-orleans

Talk about a bummer.

On the upside, I picked up the following N64 carts for $1.99 each:

GoldenEye, which is a staple resale pick-up.

Aaaaaaand...

International Superstar Soccer 2000, which I would've passed up as another dime-a-dozen sports title if it hadn't been for a couple N64 completists talking about their hunts on this very thread and elsewhere. If there are any other N64 completists looking for this one, I'd be more than happy to talk turkey with ya. My PM's always open...

I want to live wherever Zag is. It's like video game candy land at his thrifts.

That's just makes the club seem cheap, with a $20 spent requirement.

It's more pot luck, really. It's just that my area boasts a ton of thrifts; I'll hit up to six on the way home from work. With the sheer numbers at my disposal, I'm bound to find something every so often...

Just because you submit an application, it doesn't mean they'll let you in. There's still the interview process to see if you meet the outfit's very strict and stringent standards.

And then there's the hazing ceremony...

Well I wasn't sure if that was the actual one the completists were talking about, but I took a shot and bought it. Now I just hafta clean it up and try it out on my machine, and I'll be good to go...

Yep. Paid about $35 for mine last year. Very very nice!

No scores to report, I'm broke as hell, but I'm almost done cleaning up my N64 games and hope to do a cool video soon!

I have about 15 to go, and theyre getting more expensive from here.

My Value Village has really been paying out lately.  It also had two Dreamcasts with two controllers WITH memory cards each for $5.99.  I'm gonna regret not picking those up
