I enjoy my 3DO for what it is.. it's fun to get out and show my friends some of the random stuff on it every now and then.

The 3DO is what it is. It's a fun little system that offers a different type of gaming with the integrated video.  It's perfect for games like Dragon's Lair and Cowboy Casino, golf titles, and even some of the fighters aren't bad.  A lot of the games are just so so, but I still enjoy platformers like Gex.  I've thought about selling mine a few times, but I just can't bring myself to ever do it.  Nice pick up!

I would love to grab a CIB copy of Dinopark Tycoon and wrap up my 3DO set. Cry
As-is, I still need to replace a large portion of my set with the longboxes.

First thrift store pickup in a while! $12.90 total, Battletoads and X-Men were bagged together so I couldn't buy one without the other. I can't believe I didn't already own F-Zero or Super Ghouls and Ghosts!

Agreed.  Every SNES collection needs to contain a copy of F-Zero.

I couldn't agree more! I love this franchise and am desperately hoping they bring it to the wii-u.  Even if its as difficult as the Gamecube version.  I loved that one!

So a friend of mine told me he had a box of gaming stuff that he wasn't going to bother selling and just gave to me tonight. There were 2 Playstation dance mats.

His Mario Mix DDR pad for the Gamecube, but sadly no game. I know he had it and I'm hoping he didn't trade it in.

Next was a bunch of Genesis games and the box to his Sega Nomad. I know he has the system but he probily thought it was in the box too. I'll get the system soon I'm sure.

Next was a suprise since I had never seen him wear this. A Starcraft shirt!

I'm glad I have friends willing to give away such neat stuff and hopefully this post is in time to be read on the podcast. I was a $20 donor Tongue

Hey now!

Grabbed some more thrift swag today.

CIB Super Mario Sunshine Player's Choice with memory card for NGC, $4.99: It's Duke.Togo's most favoritest Super Mario game ever.

CIB long-case NBA Jam T.E. for PS1, $3.99: I'd have preferred it without the big crack on the front...

CIB Viva Pinata Pocket Paradise and Prof. Layton and the Diabolical Box for DS, $3.99 each

CIB The Ninja for SMS: He's not just some ninja... he's THE ninja!

Tetris Worlds and Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow carts for GBA, $2.99 each

Cobalt GBA SP with charger, $12.99

Platinum GBA SP with charger and case, $12.99: only a half-dozen more to go, and that castle that they were talking about in the latest CollectorCast will be complete...

That's the beauty of World War V: it's so intense, it skips over the other two.

Looking for CIB NES games..........even Silent Service.
I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart.  Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.
