I had a decent balance sitting in my PayPal account, so I decided to use in on a CIB repro of Terranigma. Quality looks fantastic, and I've wanted the game for years.

I've got a pretty decent repro wantlist at this point. Next ones I'll get will probably be Earthbound Zero and Secret of Mana 2.

I'm not usually a cart guy but I don't know how many of these I'm likely to come across, especially with the manual.

Wow, nice Bil.  I am the same way.  I am a cardboard guy, but if I find something like that for a good price, I pick it up.  Ducktales 2 is also an extremely awesome game.

Looking for CIB NES games..........even Silent Service.
I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart.  Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.

@Beardcore84:

I've never heard of you before, but there's something suspiciously familiar about you. Hmmm... shrug

Anyhoo: no scores to declare today, seeing as how I haven't really been looking for anything. That, and the asking prices at the local thrifts have skyrocketed back up. I guess the holiday shopping season really is over...  Sad

Hopefully, I'll have a thing or two to show off by Tuesday.

Until then: good job with all the scores, everybody... and I'll catch y'all later.

Donators get their loot read on the podcast? Alrighty then, sounds fun. Hopefully you guys haven't recorded that part of the next episode yet, but if not there's always next time.  evilhappy

I haven't been collecting much, mostly just picking up some digital titles, playing what I have, and waiting for garage sale season to start ( drool ).  But Goodwill had a few nice things last night:

Civ IV complete with an awesomely hefty manual, Gran Turismo 2, an old Sierra kids game, and lots of cool Myst-style adventures!  There were just a billion of those on PC, but they consistently have really cool worlds to explore.

And who's that on the other side of the stairs, none other than teen demi-goddess Malice!  Poor thing started out life on the PS1, then went through development hell and eventually came out the other side in this clunky title.  Still interested in playing it though, so I picked it up off of eBay.

Finally, the third print issue of Pure Nintendo came in the mail the other day!  It's quite glossy.

I received my intellivision games from Techie413.

I opened the box expecting only about 2 or 3 games.

but behold the generous nature of Techie413.

Thanks so much for the games, I will then be able to test out the intellivision tomorrow, to see if it works.

I feel like I owe you now, maybe I can find something to send your way

lol.

Got Conker's on GBC for 3.99 today and picked up Epic Mickey 2 for Wii U for $24.99 after discount.

EDIT: Anyone want to sell me a Gold Cart Ocarina of Time for a fair price? eBay is just absurd!
