It's been a few since I posted my scores because there hasn't been much lately. So here's the latest. Let me just say that, since Photobucket performed their "big change", it's been a huge PITA (pain in the ass). Remind anyone of iTunes? I guess simplicity doesn't work when you're pushing ads. And since the CollectorCast guys don't read the text to find the stories behind the best scores, watch out for the killer Emu!
Anyway, thrift store finds:

I was surprised to find Dreamcast titles available, but I was happy to snag them. The Wii nunchuck ended up being free, because the lady forgot to ring it up and knew me from repeat visits. The Cars handheld went to my 5 yr old "I'm McQueen!" nephew. This find was his favorite birthday present, along with the CIB BMX racing GBA game I gave him. And I've been wanting a SIM ANT for self.
From CD World and pawn shops:

Finally, I found a copy of Lollipop Chainsaw. It was retail priced, as was Spawn for the Sn-eeesss (defending Bil here). Snowboard Kids was $10, but so was Quest 64(my other copy is FS/FT) that I thought was going for more.
And retail purchases:

Time to get started on some Gears of War, since I now have the first three. The throat communicator was on sale ($12), leading to the game purchase ($20).
From Play n Trade:
First off, the FNG in the store asked if I could find a copy of Wind Waker for him, which Craigslist provided for $20. I also met a fellow retro gamer in the process. Then he mentioned Robotech Battlecry for the XBox, which I found for him at a pawn shop today. The bromances continue. My "For Jason" box was "tooo sweeeeeet" (NWO? Anyone?) this week.

These were all freebies. CIB Tecmo SBIII, Sonic 2, Chakan, F-15 no manual, Madden 2000, NBA Live 2002 (FS/FT), a working GBA SP AGS-101 (too scratched up to sell). I found an insert for a Bubba Gump promo cap and a congrats for buying a Genesis SG Pro Pad in the cases.
And I bought:

MK Gold was in the system as selling for $25. I offered $13. He sold it for $7. GOW2 was $5. FFII was $5. He made a joke about how the Grandia II was listed as $0.00. Little did I know that I would pay exactly that - $0.00.
And that brings me to the package I received from wildbil52. Sorry about telling your story, Bil. He sent me a message, asking if I would send him my Full Throttle box to have signed, since he would be standing in front of Mr Tim Schafer at PAX East. He had purchased another, but wasn't expecting it in time. I was happy to help but asked if, at least, I could send my copy of Brutal Legend to have it signed as well. Turns out that Bil received his copy in time, so the mailman delivered this lot yesterday.

The VB Golf was from another trade, but Zenses was a gift. Thank you, Sir. I love the personalized inscriptions. Seeing my name above Jack Black's CGI head made me want to pick up the Les Paul and jam. For Bladehenge!
