I finally picked up Mario Kart 7
I had a blast with Mario Kart 7. The toughest online competition I think is late at night in North America, when the Japanese players come online.
Ha. Nice. Can't wait to try and win. Should be good practice till 8 comes out

Greetings from Terra,
Did a bit of thrifting today:
Loose Atari 2600 carts,
$2.50
$2.00 each:
-
Demons to Diamonds
- Spider Fighter
- RealSPorts Football
- Vanguard
Reading material, $0.29 each:
-
PlayStation: The Official Magazine
#58
-
Tips & Tricks
#72
-
GameInformer
#213
- Archie
Sonic the Hedgehog
comic issue #130: soon as I scare up a few more Sonic tchochkes, this will be headed towards a certain Detroit-area auto mechanic.
Miscellany:
-
Donkey Kong Country
Nintendo Player's Guide, $1.59
- NEC C&C Showcase West 1985 magnifier/calculator/clock ruler in both U.S.-standard and metric, $1.59: I'd almost forgotten that NEC did much more than the TurboGrafx/PC Engine console until this reminded me.
And in case you care, I found a few kinda geekin' non-vidya tchochkes for flippage:
- Sealed Warhammer 40k Eldar Jetbike, $0.99
- Bones Reds precision skate bearings, $1.49: when I first caught sight of the box, I thought it was candy.
- 2011 San Diego Comic-Con Annual, $0.29

I picked up these PC games for a total of $9.50 at the local Teen Challenge Thrift Store, though I don't normally collect computer games. First, even though I don't have any MechWarrior games anymore, the Black Knight expansion is complete in box and looks barely touched except for the COA being a bit rough, so I thought why not? The Command & Conquer discs, despite being loose, have absolutely no scratches on any of them, though there was a bit of fingerprinting on the Collection disc. The other C&C discs are Yuri's Revenge and both the GDI and NOD discs for Tiberian Sun. The Tomb Raider disc has someone's initials on the disc art, and is a little scratched up, but plays just fine. Only thing missing for it is the back cover for the case. The Starcraft is complete and the disc is scratch-free, all of it in good shape. Finally, the Centipede, which is a Taco Bell promotional version that I didn't even know they were doing last year, is unopened, though the sleeve is a bit creased up, but looks okay.

More than I would've paid, but not horrible.

Hey everyone another package arrived in the mail my brother won these on eBay for around $30 total..one game we needed and the other we needed CIB, BUT I do have another Where's Waldo cart coming from Fragems (thanks again) so I will exchange the one I get from him out with the one I just got. But nothing special, well X-Men I guess can get a high price at times but yeah. My brother is going to be doing the buying for a while SO I probably won't be posting on here as much, but when I do get stuff in I will be sure to post. Also keep an eye on my sales thread I'll be putting stuff up every once in a while.

NHL Rivals 2004 was the only game in the NHL Rivals series. What I love about this game is the commentary team. MSG's very own Sam Rosen and John Davidson, my personal broadcast dream team.

Not going to snap a pic, but today I grabbed 2 NES systems, 2 N64s (one with expansion pak), 5 N64 controllers, 3 NES controllers, Blaster Master, and Super Mario Bros. 3 all for $50.
Been cleaning it all up today while relaxing with some movies. It will all be up for sale once cleaned, so if anything interests you shoot me a PM. I need to start saving for that Xbox One pre-order...
