Even trade with a local friend. I had to give up Lunar Silver Star Story Complete for PS1 along with Mega Man X7 + X8 for PS2 and The World Ends With You on DS. Lunar was tough to give up but that's ok, I'm going to play the PSP version instead, once I get around to it.
I was happy to pick up Hammerin' Hero and Phantasy Star Portable 2 as both of these have been particularly difficult for me to find. I've been meaning to get a GBA to play the SotN-style Castlevania games and my friend had both. I don't normally collect cardboard but this is one that I'm happy just fell into my hands that way.

I picked up these PC games for a total of $9.50 at the local Teen Challenge Thrift Store, though I don't normally collect computer games. First, even though I don't have any MechWarrior games anymore, the Black Knight expansion is complete in box and looks barely touched except for the COA being a bit rough, so I thought why not? The Command & Conquer discs, despite being loose, have absolutely no scratches on any of them, though there was a bit of fingerprinting on the Collection disc. The other C&C discs are Yuri's Revenge and both the GDI and NOD discs for Tiberian Sun. The Tomb Raider disc has someone's initials on the disc art, and is a little scratched up, but plays just fine. Only thing missing for it is the back cover for the case. The Starcraft is complete and the disc is scratch-free, all of it in good shape. Finally, the Centipede, which is a Taco Bell promotional version that I didn't even know they were doing last year, is unopened, though the sleeve is a bit creased up, but looks okay.
Mechwarrior is a VERY underrated game
Meanwhile, went to the local thrift shops and found:
StarCraft 64 (loose) $8
StarFox 64 (loose) $2
Super Mario All Stars+ Super Mario World (loose) $2

It has been a long time since I posted in here. But I am getting back into classic game collecting so I went hunting on Saturday.
I needed 2 of these. Armor Battle I just needed the box, manual and overlays.
Picked this gem up because I want to get back all the Odyssey 2 games that I sold.
I need one less Dreamcast game now.
I actually found 3 copies of Star Raiders CIB but at 12.99 that is a little to much to flip but I was happy to find some CIB Atari 2600 games. Actually found it at my first stop of the day. The thrift store had some more CIB games but they were beat up and too much. Indy 500 on the other hand I thought was a great deal. The game is like new and it is my favorite racing game of all time so I had to get it.
These I didn't get on Saturday but they have been coming in the mail over the last few weeks from Goozex.
These I got in from Anthony.
Aliens and Legends of War I got from Gamefly's big sale. Metro I won during a gamer score challenge over on 360voice.com here
http://360voice.gamerdna.com/challenge/105021
The guy running the challenge was doing the challenge for his birthday. I didn't know it but if you are in 5th on the 5th day of the challenge you won a game. Metro is the game I picked.

Ah I see. My balance is near that amount too but my active queue is about 600 games so something trickles in once or twice a month.
If you're looking for Xbox check out my sale thread. I have a bunch of commons in there.
