(including the X'Eye you just sent me)

 Shocked

...which makes it the second X'Eye I own.

Which makes me wonder why 2?

ah simple. The first was a gift for my wife. It's hooked up in the living room. The one I just got for you is for me, and is hooked up to my setup where all my other consoles are. I only play games in the living room WITH my wife. I don't like occupying the living room TV myself.

Items from this week's flea market run:

NES:
Classic Concentration

SNES:
Bust-a-Move
Jim Power in the Lost Dimension in 3D
Lock On
Prince of Persia

$80, all CIB (essentially NIB). Vendor wanted $120 for them. When I asked if I could take 4 for $80, he said to take all 5, and then proceeded to show me the toploader NES. He said he'd take $50 for it, but $50 was out of my budget. However, a friend of mine's been looking for one for ages, so I told him I'd pick it up and gave the vendor $60 for it, since he cut me a deal on the other items. The $60 isn't mine anyways, so I figured I'd give him $10 for pointing it out for me and we'll see him the next time at the flea market. He has a few other CIB SNES stuff I'd be interested in next time.

The nice part? My buddy even offered to help me out to drive over to the Tampa area to meet up with e4g. He's got a GameCube kiosk that we're working a deal out on, so that knocks out 2 birds with one stone for me. Tongue

Went to a thrift store today. Got all this for less than $12. The NES games were $1.99 each. Normally I try an average $1 per game but the thrift store is for a cause I support. I try and spend like crazy there  Tongue

Burgertime had mud(?) on it so I opened it up to clean. It's the first NES cart I've noticed to have screws with normal flat-head screwdriver tops to them:

Here is what the circuit board looks like just for fun:

Yeah, it's fairly rare, but some do have the flathead screws.  If you don't have a security bit, I suggest you get one to help clean your games.  They are super cheap and can also be used on Genesis games.

I agree, I made my own tool for this though, trying to emulate MacGyver like I do.

Nope, that's a good one though. Since I'm hardcore enough to own all 7 seasons of MacGyver, I had to make mine out of steel.  Cheesy

Also picked up two SNES controllers.

All for $26.
