I found this from a while back, but some lurking on AtariAge chat convinced me to start posting and stuff

MetalJesusRocks posted a video with tips on how to keep track of your collection and I decided to check the site out. Glad I did!

Years ago, but I never signed up.  It wasn't until I heard Duke Togo on the NARC Podcast, which made me listen to the Collectorcast, which got me interested in checking the site out more.

Pure crazy dumb luck lead me to be (AFAIK though i would love for one of the other old timers to prove me wrong) the first person to actually register to the site. I believe the previous 44 had already been carried over or informed about it before/during the splinter from and then collapse of VGB.

Actually that sounds right to me.  There might have been one or two people that signed up before you, but you were the first non VGB member to actually make your presence known.

YAY I WAS FIRST!

Well done, number 45. Let's all call each other by number from now on.

Nice to see you for Xmas Smiley

using you as a moral compass is kinda weird. It's like asking a thief if it's okay to steal something.

It was around a year and a half ago when I joined, with the typical Google search story bringing me here.  I simply just wanted to catalog my growing collection, and I ended up here with no regrets.  Smiley

It's alive!  Welcome back from the dead.  I actually found this site about 8 years ago.  I found it in Tynstar's signature over on Digital Press.  And I've loved it ever since!
