Couple of recent pickups.  First, this Ubisoft triple pack was only released in the PAL region but it works just fine in a NTSC Xbox 360. Only physical releases of these 3 games.  I've been trying to track down Housemarque physical releases which is how I found this.

Next up, some pickups from a local Toy show yesterday.  Beyond the Beyond ended up having both art inserts in stuck in the back tray so I lucked out there.

Hey now once again, my fellow RF gentlemen! Figured I'd show y'all my vidya scores from the last couple weeks, so let's go:

Not too bad for $49.99 $36, hmm? Sadly, even though it's fully sealed and was never used, the battery was all bloated from corrosion. Everything else is good to go, though.

Let's see what's next:

This modest handful of Nintender tapes set me back a little under $9.

Mutant Football League is a late Christmas pressie I got for myself. Everything else ran about $16 altogether.

Got me some fresh reading material, as you can see here. Oh, and a copy of New SMB Wii, too.

Dropped about $25 on all this. Black Rain is a UK-release game.

Aaaaand now, the big finale...

...a sealed Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition collector's set! This bad boy goes for up to $300 brand-new on the interwebz secondary market. Fortunately for me, I only had to lay down...

...now promise me y'all won't get mad...

...didja promise yet? Okay, good...

...almost there...

...any moment now...

...aaaaaand NOW!

Well, that was quite the adventure.

Catch y'all next time...

Oh man! That is one of the few Fire Emblem items I'm missing. I'd kill several people to get it for that price you lucky dog!! Excellent score, also love the Fire Emblem guide.

A local game store in STL is shutting down so I hit up their sale.  Most of the good stuff was gone (or I had) but I did find a few common games I have been looking for.  Also picked up the asciipad after watching a My Life in Gaming episode that discussed it.

Hit up a Flea Market on Saturday and found a few things also.

Oooh! TransFormers! Looks like a Pincher pretender shell and TargetMaster Quickmix! Did the Pincher shell come with the little scorpion robot inside?

ANYway, I found this on clearance at the local Tar-Jay, but ultimately declined to buy it:

Check out the deep discount on this bad boy:

Unfortunately no it didn't.  I did get both of them for $7 though which I thought was pretty good.  I'm not hardcore have to be complete on my TF collection so I'll just pick up G1's if I see them cheap.

Oh boy, a fellow TransFormers collector! Speaking of which: take a gander at this bad boy I picked up a few days ago:

A TransFormers / Star Wars cross-pollination? It's the best of both worlds! Now don't tell Engineer Mike, but... I'm, um... gonna keep this in the package for the foreseeable future.

ANYway, it's on to my most recent vidya grabs, starting with...

The PS3 games ran $3.19 each, and the PS Vita games $3.99 each. All Vita games are sealed. All the PS3 games except for Rayman Origins are BBFC- rated UK releases.

ANYway, I hit the handheld mother lode at the local Savers earlier today.

Let's take a closer look:

What have we here? A couple Nintendo Game & Watches (specifically, Mario's Cement Factory and Chef), along with a Tronica Sea Battle, Robot Fighter, Mini Arcade Protection, Electronic Skeet Shoot, Playtime Stealth Fighter, aaaaand...

...an Independence Day Tiger Laser Game with collapsible mini-zapper! Can't wait to try this one out.

Then I grabbed this, which completedmy collection of Robotech console games:

But the best find of the last few days by far is:

It's-a me, Zweegee!

Not a bad deal for a buck, hmmm?

Until next time...

Went to a small local game collector meet up last night and ended up leaving with a few items for the collection. Also dominated the room in Mario Kart 8 and was dead last at Super Mario Party Sad

Can't believe how fast you're closing the gap on 600 NES games cverz!!!
