On the way to the stadium I found a tall building:

Good day, sir:

Baseball can be quite boring, thus The Moon:

It's just an estimate:

I figured out why the Reds are bad at baseball. This one forgot his bat:

Did I mention that baseball is a boring game?:

(These are the stadium lights, just in case you couldn't tell.)

They lost:

Random band playing on the way back to the car (in the "Backstage" district):

(This was from behind, there was a very large crowd on the other side of the stage.)

We have a sweet fountain:

For your enjoyment:

Large version.

And I promised some sound, so here goes.
The Reds got 2 home runs, thus this.

Well I hate your sports because they're so damn confusing. Like Cricket. How does the scoring in cricket work? It would be sweet if you could explain it.

I love baseball caps, wear em' all the time. I actually went to Comerica Park to see the Tigers for the first time tonight. I didn't take any pictures though. they won 8-2 against San Francisco and we got to see a nice fireworks show after the game. Comerica Park is a pretty nice facility. I loved the old Tiger Stadium but more for the history and memories of the 84 Tigers that won the World Series. It was pretty much a dump and way past it's prime. sadly it still stands empty. don't know what the hell they are ever going to do with it. usually when a new stadium goes up the old one comes down. not so in Detroit.

Do you have pictures of the old stadium? If not, you may want to get some before you lose the chance.  I made the mistake of not taking any photos of Riverfront Stadium before it went down, and have regretted it.  I have a lot of memories from that stadium, but no photos from it.

no, and I wish I had taken a camera Saturday. Next time I definately will. Now that Tiger Stadium is no longer used I don't see myself going there to take pictures. It's not in the greatest area. Well maybe I can talk Sauza into coming along as my armed guard.

Now now, don't be insulting bowlers.  This fine gentleman shows is a great example of why bowlers are a real man's hat:
