I use to know this website that  that showed this giuy trying to destroy twinkies in many diferent ways.
The only thing that really worked was letting it go past shelf life.
It was lit on fire and it put itself out in under 5 seconds. Dropped off a 3(?) story building and just bounced up a bit. It was pretty funny.

I haven't had a twinkie since i was 7-8ish but they were good then.
